    Postul de voie şi postul de “ne-voie”

    Prima poruncă biblică „să nu mănânci”, ca orice poruncă, mai apoi a fost şi a rămas sub imperiul liberului arbitru. Pare un non sens, dar respectarea postului din poruncă este libertate, libertate înţeleasă, astfel că postitul din poruncă este post de bună voie! Poţi însă… să mănânci… şi vezi după aceea de ce era necesar să respecţi porunca, căci făcând neascultare ajungi să posteşti de ne-voie! Postul de bună voie, postul religios, este postul preventiv, cel care te fereşte de suferinţele sufletului şi ale trupului. Postul de ne-voie este postul medical, postul terapeutic, postul impus de starea de suferinţă în vederea vindecării şi vrei /nu vrei eşti mult mai obligat/motivat să-l ţii!
