Grija pentru siguranţa spaţiului educaţional, dar şi pentru calitatea educaţiei, este primordială şi orice sesizare primită va fi analizată şi soluţionată de către minister, prin instituţiile din subordine sau aflate în coordonare. În situaţia în care sesizarea nu intră în sfera de competenţe a ministerului, aceasta va fi direcţionată către alte instituţii abilitate ale statului.
